COVID-19 Plan

During this time of uncertainty with COVID-19 we have procedures in place to help keep your family & our family safe while caring for your pets.

🐾 We are complying with government policy regarding social distancing and hygiene standards.

🐾 Only 6 people in the waiting room at one time, if it is full please check in at reception and wait outside.

🐾 Medication/Food is required for your pet, please call reception to make a payment and where possible we will post it out to you.

🐾 If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms and if your pet is unwell please ring us and we will arrange a consult via video link.

As we are an 'essential service' we will remain open throughout this time to care for your pets needs. We will keep you updated throughout this uncertain time.
